Now it's official, the amazing Google Drive has arrived! =)

In the past few weeks, as we all know, there were lots of speculation about Google Drive. Even some versions appeared on the net. But as from yesterday it's official, Google Drive is available for all of us. (I applied yesterday:).

So, I decided to present you what Google Drive will be.

This service will be integrated with Google Docs and will enable you data storage of 5GB. You can access and use this data from wherever you want and you can exchange it with your friends.

When you exchange the data (PDF, pictures, videos ...), you can add your comment, or you can respond to someones comment. You'll receive notification when someone respond to your comment. This will make this service more interesting.

Regardless of whether you've installed the responding software, or not, you'll be able to open as many as 30 different type of files in your browser, files that Google Drive supports, as PDF, HD video and images from Illustrator and Photoshop.

You can install the Google Drive on your Mac or PC, and the service is also available through application for Android phone and tablet PCs. In the future, Google plans to provide the application to iOS.


All users will have 5GB of free space, while optional, they will get 25 GB for $2.49 per month, 100 GB for $4.99 or 1 TB for $49.99 per month.


For every purchase of additional space, the Gmail space will be expanded for 25GB, also.

Amazing service, for I will be using it. I have lots of important data on my USB that can be lost, so with this service I'll simple move it to my Google Drive. Thank you Google.
